Do it every day? Connect your devices once
Join your phone and computer to the same history: choose Connect device (top right of the home page), then Get a device code, and enter the code on the other device. From then on, every note you save on one shows up in Recent on the other: no links, no QR codes.
Why it beats emailing yourself
- Faster: paste, save, scan. No inbox.
- No clutter. Each note deletes itself when you choose: 1 hour, 1 day, 7 days or 30 days.
- Works across any devices. iPhone, Android, Windows, Mac, Chromebook: any browser.
- Private. Notes are encrypted on your device before they’re sent, and we can’t read them.
What people send themselves
- Links to read later on the phone
- Addresses, booking codes and phone numbers
- A shopping list, a recipe, directions
- A command or snippet of code from one computer to another
- A Wi-Fi password for a new device
Questions
What’s wrong with emailing myself?
Nothing, but it’s slow and it piles up. Notes sent with ClipPigeon open in a tap and delete themselves at the time you choose.
Can I find my notes again later?
Yes, in Recent, in the browser where you saved or opened them, until they expire.
Does it work without an account?
Yes. There’s no account. Your Recent list is kept in your browser.
Can I send a link to my phone?
Yes. Paste the link, save it, and scan the QR code with your phone’s camera. It opens on the phone with one tap.
