These terms apply when you use ClipPigeon ("we", "us"), a free service. By using it, you agree to them. They take effect on October 18, 2026.
Using ClipPigeon
- You may use ClipPigeon to save text and share it through links, and to share your history between your own devices.
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- Keep your links and device codes to yourself and the people you mean to share with: anyone with a complete link can read its text until it expires.
What you must not do
Don’t use ClipPigeon to store or share:
- anything illegal, including child sexual abuse material;
- malware, phishing, or links meant to deceive or harm;
- content that harasses, threatens or exposes other people’s private information without their consent;
- material that infringes someone else’s rights, such as copyright.
Don’t try to break, overload or get around the service’s limits or security, or use it to send spam.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you save. We can’t read it, and we don’t use it for anything except storing and delivering it in encrypted form. You are responsible for what you save and share.
Reports and removal
To report a link that breaks these terms, email contact@clippigeon.com with the full link, including the part after #. That lets us read that one text to check it. If it breaks these terms or the law, we will remove it. We may also remove texts or limit access when the law requires it.
The service
ClipPigeon is provided free and "as is". We work to keep it running and your texts safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available, or that a text will never be lost before it expires. Don’t use it as the only copy of anything important. We may change, limit or stop the service; if we stop it, saved texts will no longer be available.
Limits of our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of ClipPigeon. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can’t be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. If you keep using ClipPigeon after a change, the new terms apply.
